House Information:

  • We ask that you treat our house with respect and care as if it was your own.
  • Address: 283 Berrydale Ave, Medford Or, 97501
  • We ask to please remove your shoes at the door
  • Feel free to use any and all items within the house
  • There is only one key kept at the property, the only way to get in with that key. Please do not misplace the key. At check out please leave key back in key lock box.
  • Air conditioning is a mini-split system, every unit can be adjusted to different temperatures to offer individual confort. If you are switching modes (ie, heat to cool) all units have to be switched to the same mode if they are on and being used. You don’t have to have all units on at the same time.
  • Wifi name: Berrydale Place
    Password: nopasswordtoday
  • TV has spectrum TV service. You can also connect your phone, tablet or computer for streaming apps on phone/tablet.
  • Trash can (black lid) need to be put out at the front of the house next to the road on Wednesday nights as trash pick up is on Thursday mornings. Recycle bid (red lid) only needs to go out every 2 weeks. Please refer to the pick up schedule. In red lid can please put only cardboard and milk jogs
  • Dishwasher soap and dish soap are located under the kitchen sink. Please only use dishwasher soap for the dishwasher.
  • At checkout, if you could just take out the trash and place it in black lid trash can outside unless it is one of the listed recyclable items in the attached sheet. Please rinse any dishes used before placing them in dishwasher. You do not need to start the dishwasher. Please place towels used in laundry room.

  • There is one key on the property—this is the only way to enter.

  • If switching from heat to cool (or vice versa), ensure all active units are set to the same mode.

  • Spectrum TV is available. You can also stream from your personal devices.

Trash & Recycling

  • Trash (black lid): Put out by the road Wednesday night for Thursday pickup.
  • Recycle (red lid): Goes out every 2 weeks. Only cardboard and milk jugs are allowed. Refer to the pickup schedule for dates.

Kitchen Notes

  • Dish soap and dishwasher detergent are under the sink.
  • Only use dishwasher soap for the dishwasher.

Before You Check Out

  • Take out all trash to the black-lid bin.
  • Rinse used dishes and load them into the dishwasher (no need to start it).
  • Place used towels in the laundry room.
